Job summary

Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County seeks Surveillance Officers to provide surveillance and supportive casework to probationers under evidence-based practices. You will conduct field contacts, assessments, and develop case plans with a focus on risk reduction and rehabilitation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two years of related experience, and possession of a valid Arizona driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of case management or probation-related experience.
• US Citizen or Legal Resident; background checks required.
• Must possess or obtain a valid Arizona driver license.
• Completion of Defensive Tactics Training Academy within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform surveillance and field contacts to monitor probationers.
• Develop and implement case plans focusing on risk reduction and accountability.
• Interact with youth and families and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and attend training and safety sessions.
