A community services agency is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Property Management Team in New York. Responsibilities include general maintenance and repairs for facilities, inspecting systems to identify issues, and performing basic cleaning tasks. A high school diploma and one year of relevant experience are required. The position offers a salary of $20.50/hr, full benefits, and a balanced schedule of Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in facility or property management.
• Valid Florida Driver License with regular daytime travel required.
• Ability to climb ladders and crawl into awkward spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities.
• Maintain the facility's inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Inspect equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.
