Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction safety experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and jobsite best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills: email, word processing, spreadsheets, web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct jobsite and crew safety audits to identify hazards and improvement opportunities.
• Work with field personnel and management to address safety concerns and corrective actions.
• Promote and reinforce safe work practices throughout the project.
• Document and communicate findings from site safety audits.
• Review client and owner safety requirements to ensure compliance.
• Assist in development and implementation of Site-Specific Safety Plans.
• Participate in project kickoff and ongoing safety meetings.
