Responsibilities

• Execute weekly in-market activities per the playbook, including flyering and material refreshes.
• Visit community partner locations to maintain and replenish hiring materials.
• Distribute referral program materials on-site and engage associates.
• Attend and support local hiring events and community outreach.
• Perform grassroots canvassing including door-to-door outreach.
• Collect and report local market observations to the MRS.
• Maintain logs of locations visited, materials placed, and interactions.
• Provide weekly activity reports to the MRS.
• Coordinate with community partners for material drop-offs and touchpoints.
