Job summary

Thomas Park is seeking a Commercial Maintenance & Construction Technician to support renovation and maintenance for occupied commercial spaces. You’ll tackle buildouts, drywall and framing, door hardware, and light carpentry, plus upkeep such as pressure washing, gutter work, and concrete patches.

Ideal candidates have handyman experience in commercial settings, can pivot between tasks with minimal supervision, and take pride in quality work as the company expands its DC/Baltimore portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience as handyman service, commercial or light commercial.
• Commercial renovation or remodel background preferred.
• Construction field work with framing, drywall, painting or renovation.
• Blueprint-to-finish construction or heavy structural work not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial buildouts and remodels in occupied spaces.
• Handle renovation tasks like framing walls, door modifications.
• Maintenance tasks: pressure washing, gutter cleaning, concrete patches.
• Operate power and hand tools; adapt to varying tasks.
• Collaborate with crew and pivot between tasks as needed.
