Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in psychology, social work, or related human services.
• One year experience in mental health or human services preferred.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and a recent clean driving record; ability to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management to divert individuals toward care coordination and recovery.
• Transport clients to jails, courts, hospitals, and community locations as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of consumer interactions.
• Collaborate with BRIDGES Wraparound Care Team to develop care plans within 30 days.
