Requires Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years pharma sales; competitive pay $140k–$160k with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years pharma sales experience in new product launches, AB selling, HCP engagement, cross-functional field coordination.
• Experience independently managing a sales territory.
• Background in cardiology, endocrinology, and other sub-specialties that treat FCS patients.
• Familiarity with Familial Chylomicronemia Syndrome community.
• Established relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and major accounts.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop territory strategies.
• Record of navigating complex accounts and aligning solutions with patient needs.
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to addressing patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Understand the unique objectives and needs of each customer and develop effective business plans.
• Build and leverage networks in the local healthcare system to maximize opportunities.
• Educate HCPs and office staff to raise FCS disease state awareness and inform on diagnostic pathways.
• Participate in conferences and meetings to educate HCPs on FCS and treatment.
• Gather insights to profile accounts and inform commercial strategy.
• Execute territory strategic plans to maximize business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Build insight-driven tactics by understanding brand requirements and current/future needs of customers.
• Develop strategic account plans with leadership to engage accounts.
