Job summary

Pharvaris in Hartford, CT is seeking an Area Business Manager to drive growth in the Northeast region. This field-based role develops territory strategy, builds relationships with healthcare providers, and advances awareness of hereditary angioedema therapies.

You will lead launch activities, collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, and Commercial teams, and travel regularly in the territory to meet clinicians and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in biotechnology or pharmaceutical sales.
• Launch experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience engaging specialty healthcare providers and navigating patient access environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan focused on physician engagement and account growth.
• Drive demand through clinical selling and strategic engagement with HAE providers.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, thought leaders, and internal partners.
• Lead field activities including speaker programs and educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, and Commercial leadership to support patient access.
