Job summary

LIME Painting is hiring a full-time Account Manager for a consultative outside sales and project management role in a premium residential and commercial painting company. You will own the entire client journey, from lead generation to final walkthrough, and manage every project through completion in the field.

You will split time between lead generation, consultations, closing proposals, and active production management, building relationships and driving a performance-based compensation

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience, commission-based compensation is common.
• Ability to generate leads, present proposals, and close deals.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field canvassing and outreach.
• Conduct in-home consultations with high-end residential/commercial clients.
• Close deals and manage projects through completion.
• Maintain client relationships and manage production handoffs to the team.
