Job summary

Metro Aviation, Inc. seeks an experienced A&P Field Based Aviation Maintenance Technician (PC12) in Texarkana, Arkansas for the LifeNet Program. This full-time role requires hands-on maintenance of aircraft to meet safety and airworthiness standards.

You will work closely with the Lead AMT to plan, execute, and document maintenance, while ensuring compliance with 14 CFR and MAI manuals. Sign-on and retention bonuses are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid FAA A&P Certificate.
• Three years turbine rotorcraft or airplane experience.
• Inspection Authorization and/or FAR 135 experience a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret FAA/manufacturer data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aircraft in safe, airworthy condition per regs and manuals.
• Coordinate maintenance schedule with Lead AMT and pilots.
• Inspect, modify, maintain, and repair aircraft and components.
• Submit material requests and manage inventory; handle GSE.
• Ensure all required documents and MAI data are current.
