Job summary

A reputable building automation service provider is seeking a BMS Building Automation Technician for field service work across various locations including Milwaukee, Appleton, and Green Bay. Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building automation systems. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with DDC control systems and HVAC knowledge. Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in installation & troubleshooting of DDC control systems.
• 3+ years’ of Field DDC experience troubleshooting for BAS.
• Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance routines.
• Complete BAS commission and startup to ensure proper operations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair wiring, hardware, and software.

Skills

Installation & troubleshooting of DDC control systems

Schneider Ecostruxure programming

Field DDC experience

Reading HVAC drawings

Knowledge of HVAC systems operation

IT networks and switches

Excellent communication skills

Troubleshooting BAS networks protocols
