Temp-Con, Inc. seeks an experienced backhoe operator to support plumbing trenching at sites around Ohio. You will read blueprints, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain equipment to meet safety standards.

The role requires at least 4 years of field experience operating a backhoe, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and outdoor work in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of field backhoe operating experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Knowledge of general plumbing and piping installation.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Basic math skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate backhoes and other equipment safely to meet OSHA and site standards.
• Maintain equipment with regular grease and fluid checks.
• Assist in installing equipment on jobsites.
• Move equipment between job sites as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
