Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in Johnson Creek, WI area is seeking a Field Electro-Mechanical & Automation Technician to support growth. Qualifications

• 5+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance depth.
• 2+ years multi-platform PLC/HMI programming.
• Electrical and controls mastery in panel wiring, schematics, and diagnostics.
• Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead field maintenance and commissioning across Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois using an assigned company vehicle.
• Design and program control systems across major PLC/HMI platforms.
• Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical circuits, VFDs, DC controllers, and safety systems.
• Install, retrofit and troubleshoot automation machinery and panel builds.
• Provide on-site technical support to minimize customer downtime.
