RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Site Manager in Charlotte, NC, responsible for overseeing field operations related to building automation projects. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree, previous project or site management experience, and knowledge of HVAC systems. Compensation includes a competitive base salary of $90,000–$120,000, performance bonuses, travel perks, and a full benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Technical Degree in a related field.
• Previous Project Management or Site Management experience.
• Experience with Low Voltage Installation.
• Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills required.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to the RBT commissioning team.
• Develop customer and trade relationships.
• Assist with developing procurement logs and installation tracking sheets.
• Participate in commissioning meetings.
• Generate meaningful daily site logs.
