Job Description

Responsible for creating comprehensive estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims, leading to proper disposition. This role involves mentoring peers, mastering our processes, and obtaining technical expertise.

Location

This is a fully remote, location-specific role based in the Fredericksburg, VA area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto damage estimating and demonstrate proficiency using CCC ONE estimating software. Residence in or near Fredericksburg is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply mastered content in interpreting all policy types written by the company and assist leadership in training
• Negotiate settlements, process payments, and document activities on complex files
• Interpret regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Exhibit mastery in estimating damages for all severities of 1st and 3rd party material damage losses

Education

4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience

3 or more years of relevant experience (Preferred)
