Qualifications

The role may require deployment in support of CAT operations, particularly during peak summer months. Deployments can involve extensive travel, extended work hours, and temporary relocation based on business needs. During non‐CAT periods, colleagues are expected to consistently **manage daily appraisal volume within their assigned home territory**, demonstrating strong time management, autonomy, and adherence to productivity and quality standards. Candidates located in or near Cedar Rapids/Davenport, IA, Minneapolis, MN, St. Louis, MO, Kansas City, MO or Denver, CO are especially beneficial, as these markets support sustained daily claim volume and require the ability to effectively manage workloads when not deployed for CAT events.**QUALIFICATIONS****Education & Licensing** High school diploma or GED required.
