Job summary

Ally Financial in Pennsylvania is seeking a Field Audit Specialist to perform assigned audits and review dealership records. You will conduct field investigations, verify VINs, and communicate results with dealership personnel.

This role requires travel to dealer locations and adherence to compliance and risk guidelines. The position requires a HS diploma and 2+ years in financial services; an Associate's or Bachelor's may substitute for experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in financial services or similar.
  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.
  • Performs clerical, administrative and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks.
  • Typically requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Intermediate written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have an active driver's license and the ability to travel 100%.

Responsibilities

  • Physical audits including looking up VINs and comparing to internal Ally records.
  • Communication with dealership personnel to resolve audit issues.
  • Day-to-day travel time to go to and from dealership locations.

Work Schedule
  • Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote.
  • Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager.

Opportunity
  • Primarily responsible for the execution and completion of all assigned field audits fulfilling company compliance and risk guidelines.
The Work Itself
