As an independent contractor, you will earn per inspection with average earnings around $1,500 per month or more, depending on location and assignments. Candidates must be self-motivated, able to work outdoors, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1099 Independent Contractor status (be your own boss).
• Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections.
• Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with common operating systems (iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft).
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned locations to perform field audits.
• Capture photos and collect inspection data.
• Upload inspection information using a smartphone or tablet.
• Inspect automobiles, equipment, or property as assigned.
