Qualifications

• 1099 Independent Contractor status (be your own boss).
• Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections.
• Access to a computer with Wi‑Fi to accept and schedule jobs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned locations to perform floorplan audits and inspections.
• Capture photos and collect data using a mobile device.
• Upload inspection information and schedules via mobile apps.
• Work in field-based environments including outdoors.
