Strong attention to detail, reliable transportation, and the ability to read blueprints are essential. Prior experience with gym equipment installation is preferred, and candidates must be able to lift heavy materials as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel to job sites for extended periods.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with installation of athletic equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools and safe operating practices.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and prepare work areas for installation.
• Assemble and install equipment and fixtures per specifications.
• Follow supervisor’s instructions and maintain safety standards (PPE, OSHA).
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Represent the company professionally on job sites.
