Job summary

A healthcare solutions provider in Arizona is seeking a Field Assurance Technician to oversee daily operations in the lab. Responsibilities include managing the shipping and handling of complaint samples, ensuring compliance with biosafety and good laboratory practices, and maintaining accurate documentation. Qualifications

• Must have proof of Hep B series or be willing to undergo it.
• Requires the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Medical industry (GMP) and/or lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document complaint samples received in the Field Assurance Lab.
• Support daily requests for sample return kits, maintain tracking documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipping of sample return kits.
• Oversee image/video review requests and process them timely.
• Maintain good documentation practices when recording results.
• Support continuous improvement of lab processes.

Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
