Job summary

Alpha Omega Construction Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to assist the supervisor on roofing and siding installation projects and maintenance of grounds.

You will plan, schedule, and track production, help with safety inspections, and coordinate with field staff. Strong communication and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Self-starter with ability to quickly learn construction processes and techniques.
• Ability to work in both field and office settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Clean driving record, with no accidents or major infractions within last 3 years.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of roofing or siding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, scheduling, and tracking production of roofing/ siding installation.
• Runs errands and assists supervisors in supply pick-up and drop-off.
• Assists Warehouse with packing and loading crew material pick-ups.
• Assists with pre/post and safety inspections and documentation, including taking pictures of completed work to ensure quality craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with the Field Supervisor to learn and develop skills in construction management.
• May operate equipment such as forklifts or company trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of construction site in various types of weather.
