Job summary

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Cultural Resources / Field Archaeologist Intern for Summer 2027. You will assist on deep testing, Phase II/III mitigation, and Phase I surveys, with opportunities to travel primarily in the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Anthropology, Archaeology, or closely related field.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior internship and/or related archaeological experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire practical experience applying knowledge from college courses, learn from industry experts, and collaborate with teams across locations and disciplines.
• Develop a robust professional network through social events and interactive activities.
