Qualifications

• Experience in archaeological field methods and data collection.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with youth or young adults.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with GIS, mapping, and field data recording.
• Willingness to work long hours, outdoors, in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise crew members, ensuring safety and task completion.
• Plan and coordinate field activities, logistics, and schedules with staff.
• Document creek hours, outcomes, and incident reports with accuracy.
