Job Description

Field Apprentice — Installation & Service
About Us

Founded in 1998, Mountain Man Fireplace & Chimney and Mountain Hearth & Patio serve the West Denver metro and Foothills communities with the highest standards of fireplace, chimney, and customer care. We're a tight-knit team built on integrity, heart, unity, technical excellence, and respect. We don't just fix fireplaces—we build careers. If you're looking for a real job with real opportunity (not just a paycheck), you've found the right place.

The Role

As a Field Apprentice, you'll learn hands-on fireplace and chimney installation and service work under the direct mentorship of experienced technicians. Your job is simple: show up, learn, and grow.

You’ll spend your days in the field—on job sites, in customers' homes, on rooftops—learning how fireplaces work, how to install them right, how to diagnose and fix problems, and how to treat customers like they're part of your family. This is a real career path. Not labor. Not dead-end. A genuine path forward.

  • Work with a Lead Technician who is invested in your success

Schedule & Location

  • Location: Based in Evergreen, CO; work throughout Denver Metro and Foothills
  • Hours: Flexible—we work with you on scheduling needs
What You’ll Earn
Compensation:
