You will work alongside experienced technicians while learning chimney inspections, sweeping, repairs, liners, venting, light masonry, and hearth-related work.

This is not a desk job. The work can involve ladders, roofs, tools, physical labor, changing weather, customer homes, photos, job notes, and following company safety procedures.

We are looking for someone reliable, safety-minded, coachable, respectful, and willing to learn the right way.

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist with chimney inspections and sweeping.
  • Help with chimney repairs, liners, caps, chase covers, and venting systems.
  • Assist with light masonry repairs such as repointing, crown coating, and waterproofing.
  • Help with wood, pellet, gas, and electric stove or insert-related work.
  • Carry tools, ladders, materials, and equipment.
  • Set up, clean up, and maintain safe job sites.
  • Work on ladders, scaffolding, and rooftops as part of routine duties.
  • Take photos and use job management software for documentation and reporting.
  • Communicate respectfully with technicians, office staff, and customers.
  • Learn chimney, hearth, masonry, and venting systems over time.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
  • Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors year-round.
  • Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and rooftops.
  • Safety-conscious and willing to follow procedures.
  • Honest when you do not know something.
  • Willing to learn, take feedback, and improve.
  • Respectful in customers’ homes and on job sites.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to document work properly.
  • Interested in long‑term growth in a skilled trade.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Helpful Experience, But Not Required:
  • Construction, masonry, roofing, HVAC, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse, delivery, military, or other hands‑on work.
  • Basic hand tool or power tool experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • OSHA or other safety training.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform hands‑on field work.
  • Ability to lift and carry tools, materials, ladders, and equipment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in changing weather.

  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Health insurance reimbursement.
  • Paid holidays and PTO.
  • Company tools, uniforms, and safety gear provided.
  • Stable, full‑time, year‑round work.
  • Opportunity to grow in a respected, in‑demand trade.
