Done Right Chimney is hiring a Chimney & Hearth Apprentice for hands-on, year-round field work.
This role is a good fit for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade, work outdoors, use tools, and grow with a local family-owned company. You will work alongside experienced technicians while learning chimney inspections, sweeping, repairs, liners, venting, light masonry, and hearth-related work.
This is not a desk job. The work can involve ladders, roofs, tools, physical labor, changing weather, customer homes, photos, job notes, and following company safety procedures.
We are looking for someone reliable, safety-minded, coachable, respectful, and willing to learn the right way.
At Done Right Chimney, how we work matters. We value:
We often say, “We know better, so we do better.”
That means we are looking for someone who wants to learn the right way, take pride in their work, and be part of a team that cares about doing the job safely and correctly.
Done Right Chimney is a proud member of the National Chimney Sweep Guild (NCSG) and supports team members in pursuing professional development and certification.
If you are reliable, hands‑on, safety‑minded, and ready to learn a skilled trade, we would like to hear from you.
