Job summary

Vision Government Solutions seeks Field Appraisers to inspect and record property details for valuation. Travel daily across CT Windham and New London counties; no experience required, paid training provided. Earn $20/hour starting, with mileage reimbursement and full benefits including health, dental, vision and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and to bend, stretch and kneel during inspections.
• Ability to climb stairs and lift 5–10 lbs of equipment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons/weather.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, verify and record details of properties for valuation.
• Travel to Windham and New London counties, CT, daily.
• Provide accurate property information to support appraisals.
