Job summary

SESO Lighting, Inc. is seeking a technical resource to support outside sales, customers, and factories with troubleshooting in office and field settings. The role involves preparing controls layouts, submittals, and takeoffs, with travel required.

You will maintain AutoCAD blocks, Bluebeam symbols, and project files, while coordinating with management and other teams. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Prepare controls layouts and specifications.
• Prepare submittals as needed.
• Perform material takeoffs.
• Investigate and analyze problems in office or field.
• Conduct pre-site visits before work is scheduled.
• Develop goals and plans to organize, prioritize, and accomplish work.
• Maintain knowledge of currently represented products.
• Maintain project files.
• Update AutoCAD blocks and Bluebeam symbols for all represented factories.
• Review and close out projects as required.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
