Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to provide technical support to customer PCB design and manufacturing groups, focusing on design-for-manufacturing and value enhancements. East Coast-based candidates are preferred, with travel to customer sites as required.

You will interface with Sales, Development, Pre-Production Engineering, and Operations to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and cost- effective PCB solutions for aerospace and defense customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–7+ years in PCB engineering/related roles.
• Experience with PCB CAM software and stack-up analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide DFM/DFV support to customer design teams.
• Advise on routing, layout techniques, and material selection.
• Assist design reviews and drafting notes for manufacturability.
• Present capabilities and roadmaps to customers and internal teams.
• Travel to customer sites up to 25% as needed.
• Coordinate with sales, development, pre-production, and operations.
