Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. invites engineering students to join our internship as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) intern in San Jose, CA. You will learn about our power products, technology and customer support while contributing to real projects under senior FAEs and leadership guidance.

Applicants must be in 3rd year BSEE or 4th year MSEE, with strong English communication and the ability to live in San Jose during the internship. Pay is competitive: $40.00–$45.00 per hour in California.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to balance strong technical/problem-solving skills with relationship-building in a fast-paced team.
• 3rd year BSEE or 4th year MSEE student required.
• Must be able to live in San Jose during internship.

Responsabilités

• Research MPS company, power products and technology.
• Assist MPSNow FAEs as they engage with customers to understand their system power requirements and provide technical support.
• Work on 1-3 assigned customer projects alongside Sr FAEs and supervisor while learning about MPS technology, tools and products used in support of project.

Our paid FAE interns will learn about the company, business, products, technology and team. The intern will be engaged with the FAE team supporting top customers with some of the best power technology in the industry while getting hands‑on experience with guidance from experienced power FAEs and the opportunity to present your findings to company leadership.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The hourly base range for this position in California is $40.00 - $45.00.
