Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Field Applications Engineer to join our Sales Team in Raleigh, NC. You will interface with customers and internal product development, product marketing, and sales teams.

Responsibilities include leading technical aspects of the sales cycle, providing technical marketing support, preparing materials and presentations, and solving complex interconnect problems. Some travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing product marketing and sales technical support to produce design wins.
• Experience with modeling tools and Microsoft Office Products.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle.
• Provide technical marketing support for Amphenol products.
• Prepare materials and participate in product presentations.
• Provide customer service to solve complex interconnect problems.
• Help devise strategies to differentiate products from competitors.
• Meet and exceed strategic objectives.
• Some travel will be required.
