Job summary

Treble is seeking a Field Application Engineer to join our US team in the Bay Area. You will own the technical side of customer engagements, from first conversations through proof-of-concept demos and successful onboarding, collaborating with sales, product, and R&D.

This role requires deep acoustics, simulation, and AI know-how, plus the ability to communicate complex concepts to executives and engineers. The position offers remote work from the SF Bay Area with travel for on-site demos and

Qualifications

Strong technical background in acoustics, simulation, audio signal processing and AI.
Hands-on experience with audio ML systems, spatial audio and multi-channel processing.
Solid Python programming and CAD skills.
Ability to combine deep technical problem solving with a commercial mindset.
Excellent communication and leadership in technical discussions with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

Own the technical evaluation phase of enterprise deals, collaborating with sales to drive outcomes.
Design and deliver technical demos, benchmarks, and PoCs using the Treble SDK.
Engage with customers to solve complex audio AI problems and integrate SDK into workflows.
Translate customer needs into product feedback for R&D.
Create reusable technical assets and reference workflows for scalable sales support.
Support onboarding and training of new customers.
Represent Treble in technical meetings and events with up to 20-30 travel days per year.
