What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide product expertise and technical support for the Incucyte product line throughout the customer’s process
- Assist customers post-sale with instrument training, application support, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with sales to ensure effective product demonstrations and positioning
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and insights to marketing and product management
- Support the Quality Department with troubleshooting and analyzing customer processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or Biochemistry
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with Fluorescence Microscopy and eukaryotic cell culture
- Previous product and/or application support experience
- Excellent communication and superior presentation skills
- Valid US driver's license and ability to lift 49.9 pounds on a semi-regular basis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Incucyte products
- High emotional intelligence and ability to interact at various organizational levels
- Proficiency in Windows-based software packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Customer-facing and/or customer service experience
