Eagle Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Field Application Engineer to be the primary technical liaison for cellular solutions. The role is fully remote with a West Coast focus, supporting customers in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Eagle Wireless products for cellular and WiFi connectivity.
You will work with internal engineering teams to gather feedback, support field trials, and deliver technical training. Requires Linux, embedded systems, and strong knowledge of LTE/5G standards.

The Field Application Engineer (FAE) is the primary technical point of contact between Eagle Wireless and its customers for cellular communication solutions. This fully remote role combines strong technical expertise in wireless technologies with hands-on experience in Linux systems, embedded platforms, and open-source environments, supporting customers as they deploy and optimize cellular connectivity. The FAE provides pre-sales and post-sales technical guidance, troubleshoots integration issues, and partners closely with internal engineering teams to ensure customers succeed with Eagle Wireless products. We are looking for a candidate based on the West Coast.
