Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, Optics/Photonics, Physics, or related field.
• 5–8+ years deploying, integrating, or supporting sensing hardware/software in customer environments.
• Strong knowledge of optical/photonic sensing and signal processing Fundamentals.
• Experience with RF/analog instrumentation and standard lab/test equipment.

Responsibilities

• System Deployment and Integration: install, align, and commission quantum sensing hardware at customer sites.
• Application Development and Demonstration: design and characterize sensing testbeds and runbooks for demonstrations.
• Customer Support: provide on-site and remote assistance, diagnostics, and training.
• Collaborative Design: translate customer needs into sensing platform deployments and guidance.
• Documentation: author notes, guides, and field service docs for customers.
