Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is seeking an Appliance Install Driver to actively deliver and install laundry equipment at customers' homes and client sites across the Wilmington, NC area. You will handle deliveries, set up of ancillary tech, and operate a box truck while ensuring safe operation and positive customer interactions.

Role emphasizes physical activity, multitasking, and good communication. Applicants should have basic plumbing/electrical knowledge and a valid driver's license; training is

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Ability to work with customers and assist with equipment operation.
• Basic technology literacy and comfort with smartphones/computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and Install laundry equipment to customer's homes and client locations.
• Deliver and Install ancillary technology (card readers, digital enhancements).
• Drive a box truck to deliver, pick up, or repair/replace washers, dryers and/or air machines.
• Prepare equipment for delivery (assemble required parts prior to loading on trucks).
• Instruct customers and/or clients how to operate equipment in a safe and effective manner.
