Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd. seeks a Technical Support Representative (H135) to act as the on-site liaison between Airbus and a government customer near Portage la Prairie, MB.

You will provide real-time technical expertise, manage service data, and translate field insights into actions for customer experience. The role involves reporting, AOG support as needed, and scheduling technical trainings while collaborating with AHCA Tech Support Team members.

Qualifications

• Technical/aircraft maintenance background required.
• 10+ years’ experience on Airbus Helicopter products preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the onsite technical support representative for the assigned customer.
• Communicate with the customer in person, by phone, by email or through technical databases to assist with questions on the H135 platform.
• Assist with troubleshooting, information, documentation, repair requests and technical requests.
• Report all customer issues into Airbus WEBTEK for tracking and reporting on service data.
