Cato Networks, a leader in converged cloud networking and security, is seeking a Field AI Engineer to drive complex customer engagements with modern AI-driven security solutions. You will design, implement, and tailor deployments, often remotely and on-site, translating customer needs into impactful product feedback and integrations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on programming (Python, Node.js, or Go), cloud-native experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and RDS, and prior customer-facing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on programming in Python, Node.js, or Go.
• 1+ years with AWS, Kubernetes, and RDS.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with ability to translate needs into product feedback.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in a lean team.
• Willingness to design and deliver tailored solutions for complex customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI Security deal success by leading complex technical engagements.
• Lead customer meetings, including deep dives, design sessions, and exec discussions, remotely and on-site.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Design and develop custom features, integrations, and tailored solutions for customer environments.
• Lead and support deployments from design through implementation and validation.
• Act as a hands-on technical expert throughout the customer lifecycle.
