Job summary

Juniper is seeking an Agronomy Technician to responsibly apply fertilizers and IPM for our landscape maintenance properties in Florida. You will diagnose turf and ornamental issues, apply products per label and regulatory rules, and ensure safe operation of tools and equipment.

This role requires a Certified Pesticide Applicator, a valid driver's license, and strong communication with clients. You will maintain records, work outdoors in varying conditions, and collaborate with a team to meet

Qualifications

• Certified Pesticide applicator as required by state regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• BMP Best Management Practices certificate preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of pesticide, fertilizer, and herbicide products and calibration.
• Experience with turf and ornamental issues.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and treat turf and ornamental issues.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and insecticides per label and safety rules.
• Prepare and mix products per specifications and safety directions.
• Operate tools and equipment safely; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate records of products used and complete work orders.
