Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy or related field (or equivalent experience) and a valid driver's license. The role demands basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds in a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Agronomy or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute plots and data collection for seasonal studies with clear documentation.
• Coordinate equipment and supplies with the PFR Location Lead to ensure study success.
• Maintain equipment with regular service and keep organized service records.
• Record activities, products used, rainfall, and field conditions for progress tracking.
• Prepare the research facility daily and assist with tours when needed.
• Supervise part-time staff and interns reporting to the PFR Technician.
