Qualifications

• Hand-eye coordination to operate equipment.
• Ability to read maps and follow directions.
• Valid driver’s license or a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate application equipment and other machinery in farm fields.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and general labor in fields.
• Follow manager’s directions to ensure accuracy and safety.
