Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Lineman for local work in Wisconsin. The role involves building and maintaining aerial and underground telecom facilities, coordinating with customers and authorities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Expect outdoor work in all weather and potential travel for outages. Ideal candidates have at least two years as an Aerial Groundman, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to mentor junior crew members.

Qualifications

• Two years as Aerial Groundman or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Planning and initiating projects.
• Interact with customers, utility owners and governmental officials.
• Ensure OSHA and safety requirements are met.
• Assist in construction of aerial and underground services and upgrades.
• Train and mentor Aerial Groundman.
• Tree trimming or route clearing.
• Operate heavy equipment such as Digger and Bucket Truck.
