Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Lineman (Local Work) to join our field crews in Wisconsin. This role focuses on building and maintaining aerial telecom infrastructure, often outdoors in diverse weather conditions, with travel for outages as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience as an Aerial Groundman, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work as part of a team. CDL-class A is preferred, and the position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as an Aerial Groundman preferred.
• Thorough understanding of aerial utility installation and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate projects and coordinate with customers and officials.
• Establish OSHA and customer safety requirements for each job.
• Assist in constructing aerial and underground services and upgrades.
• Train and mentor Aerial Groundman and crew members.
• Perform tree trimming or route clearing as needed.
• Use and care for specialized hand tools and equipment.
• Operate heavy equipment such as diggers and bucket trucks.
