A global energy technology company based in the United States is looking for a Technical Field Advisor (TFA) to oversee the quality standards and maintenance of transformers at electrical substations and power plants. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in the field service of electrical equipment, strong supervisory skills, and a willingness to travel up to 80%. This role includes extensive responsibilities in project execution and technical support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field service experience in power and distribution transformers.
• High level supervisory skills for directing crews.
• Ability to operate transformer oil processors.

Responsibilities

• Direct Siemens Energy crews to perform project duties.
• Ensure project completion within budget and timelines.
• Provide technical support and maintain communication with site contacts.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
