A leading company in the distribution sector is seeking a Field Account Representative to sell to residential general contractors. This role involves maintaining existing customer relationships, developing new prospects, and achieving sales goals within the Boston area. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and substantial sales experience, especially in the B2B market.
As a Field Account Representative you will be responsible for selling to residential general contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to maintain and drive sales. This position offers a competitive base salary plus a monthly sales incentive bonus; laptop/tablet, cell phone and monthly expenses are included. The territory will be Boston MA and surrounding areas.

Job Summary
Develop new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales utilizing knowledge of the company's core customers and product line. Responsible to profitably grow sales to achieve yearly sales goals as a sales consultant for current core industries and emerging industries and markets; responsible for prospecting for new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and increasing opportunities with existing customer. This position requires operation of a Company Vehicle or a Personal Vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.
