Job summary

Longevity Health is seeking a Licensed Account Manager for a field-based role in Columbus, OH. You will support the member care delivery system and SNF partners, coordinating with Network, Clinical, and Project Management teams to drive high-quality, patient-centered care for I‑SNP members.

The role combines account management with sales duties to achieve monthly enrollment targets while ensuring CMS compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in healthcare industry focusing on provider relations, contracting, and business development.
• At least 2 years of sales experience with enrollment targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plan functions with facilities to deliver cost-effective care.
• Serve as main contact between facility and plan; ensure quality services.
• Maintain monthly visits to SNFs and communicate with leadership.
• Lead contracting efforts and manage vendor relations.
• Present enrollments and lead generation strategies to meet goals.
• Ensure CMS compliance and alignment with company policies.
