Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking an Account Manager (Consumer) to generate sales in multi-family properties. This role emphasizes Spanish/English communication and field outreach across assigned districts. You will engage property managers and staff to promote Ziply Fiber services.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in sales or customer service, is comfortable working outside, and can drive regionally. Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Fluency in Spanish and English strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in multi-family properties and connect with property staff.
• Host community events at MDU properties to drive sign-ups for Ziply Fiber services.
• Conduct regular property visits and document key learnings.
• Perform door-to-door outreach to promote fiber internet to residential customers.
• Meet or exceed daily activity goals and monthly sales targets.
• Build relationships with prospective customers through product knowledge and professionalism.
