Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, seeks a Strategic Field Account Executive II—Mid‑Market to drive growth in mid‑market accounts with advanced connectivity solutions including fiber, DIA, and SD‑WAN. You will engage prospects daily and lead a hunter sales approach to acquire new logos and expand market presence.

Deliver compelling presentations and proposals, manage relationships, and achieve monthly quotas in a fast‑paced telecom environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect Engagement Actively identify, target, and engage mid-market business prospects daily to build pipeline and generate new revenue, leveraging both provided leads and independent prospecting efforts.
• New Business Development Execute a proactive hunter sales strategy , including cold calling, networking, and territory mapping to acquire new logos and expand market presence.
• Consultative Selling Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and positioning fiber connectivity, dedicated circuits (DIA), SD-WAN, and telecom solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Presentation & Communication Deliver compelling, customized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to business owners and key decision-makers, clearly articulating value and ROI.
• Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships within mid-market accounts, identifying opportunities to expand and deepen customer engagement.
• Sales Performance Excel in a high-energy, performance-driven environment, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly quotas through strong pipeline management.
• Territory Growth Manage a designated territory with a focus on mid-market account penetration , utilizing both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.

Highly Preferred

Telecom & Technical Knowledge

Experience or knowledge in T elecommunications and Fiber solutions sales , including:

• Fiber solutions
• VOIP solutions
• Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) / dedicated circuits
• Ethernet and advanced connectivity services
• 1 – 2 years of professional experience (B2B or Fiber & telecom sales preferred), with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Minimum Requirements

• College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (2-4 years) required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
