The ideal candidate brings proven outside sales success, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to manage a growing territory with long-term relationship focus.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales or B2B roles.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business within the NC territory.
• Guide clients through the design and outfitting of their fitness amenities, from equipment selection to layout and solutions.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying client needs and delivering tailored fitness and wellness solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with owners, developers, property managers, and key decision-makers.
• Manage accounts from initial outreach through close and ongoing relationship development.
