Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to join the Neurology Field team in Boston, MA. This frontline role will develop account-specific access and reimbursement plans to support launch and sustained patient access for an HCP-administered rare disease therapy.

You will work with Sales, Patient Services, and Medical to align access strategy, educate accounts on patient support services, and navigate prior authorizations, denials, and payer restrictions while adapting to changing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in biopharma reimbursement or market access roles.
• At least 2 years direct reimbursement experience supporting medical benefit therapies.
• Experience across buy & bill and specialty pharmacy distribution models, including white bagging and site-of-care management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute access and reimbursement plans for product launch.
• Align site of care with payer policy and patient needs.
• Educate accounts on patient support services and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales, Patient Services, and Medical to remove barriers to therapy initiation.
• Ensure REMS communication and field execution.
• Coordinate between provider offices, specialty pharmacy, and infusion sites.
• Guide providers on prior authorizations, denials, appeals, and payer restrictions.
• Adapt to evolving launch dynamics and payer changes.
• Build relationships with access champions (providers, administrators, office staff, financial coordinators).
• Update payer policy, coding updates (e.g. J-code), and site-of-care management trends.
